What is your refund or return policy?
We stand behind our services, and we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the service, contact us! We will work with you to make everything right. That might mean an extra revision session, a new coach or writer, or a refund of your payment.
What is your guarantee?
We can't promise you that after working with us, you will get an internship or job because those things require movement and activity on your end. What we can guarantee is you will have documentation that is impressive, and you will know exactly what activity on your end will yield job opportunities.
Is this a consultative service or will I be grouped with other students in cohorts watching webinars?
This is a one-on-one service, and you will be working directly with a career branding expert and career coach/strategist. We do offer some online courses (LinkedIn Strategy, Networking, etc) but the vast majority of our material is live and in person!
How long does this service normally take?
It's important to understand that the deliverables occur throughout the project. Your resume is the first deliverable, and it is usually received within 10 business days from the upfront interview. The LinkedIn profile is uploaded shortly thereafter. Coaching takes place after the LinkedIn profile. Altogether, the service normally takes 6 weeks from questionnaire submitted to all the coaching completed.
I am not a college student anymore, what is your cut-off for working with me?
We work with college students and young professionals with 2 years or less of professional experience. If you have over 2 years of professional experience, please visit LinkedIn-Makeover.com. We have young professional starter services available.
